What are your business hours?
Our team is in/out of beautiful properties from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need to contact our office, you can leave a message or send an email anytime, and we will get back to you within our operating hours.
What is your policy if I am not satisfied with my lawn service?
We stand by our work and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your lawn, please contact our office within 48 hours of your service. We will gladly send our crew back out to re-mow, edge, or fix any issues completely free of charge.
Do I need to be home on my scheduled service day?
Not at all. Since we operate on exterior grounds, you don't need to be home. Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are inside, and any large portable objects (like toys or patio furniture) are cleared from the lawn. Please no heavy watering, or deep irrigation cycle, 24 hours before we arrive.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
If it's a light drizzle, we may still be able to service your property. If there is a heavy downpour or the ground is overly saturated, we will automatically adjust your schedule and get to your lawn on the very next available dry day.
